   He’s a hacker out of China. There is an announcement about him in one of the computer areas. He is using a bot.

    OMG I don’t know, but thanks for asking a uestion about him. His answers are all “About (question)” and then that link that I’m worried to click on in case I get a virus. It’s just spam I estimate.
